It's been a long time since I've posted anything. I blogged a lot during covid, and with the way things are going in the US right now, I might blog more regularly again. Writing a post, even if nobody ever reads or comments, is a form of meditation. And if someone does? Well, that's neat too.
It's a lovely evening. I'm about to hop online and play D&D with some friends, and I've spent the hour leading up to it making 40mm objective markers out of wood and miliput. What are these objectives for? Why, Turnip28 of course! I signed up to play in a small 8-person tournament at Adepticon in Milwaukee this year and I'm very much looking forward to it.
I've cobbled together a Leech Lovers Cult. Bob's FDM printer provided the miniatures, which are a hodge-podge of different sculpts printed at a lower resolution than I'd normally ask for, but which I really like for this project. The artifacting adds a grimy element to these that I love, and forced me to paint them all fast and loose. I completed this project, start to finish, in four days.
