Long Forgotten Rome - Session 6 (Stonehell + art)

Session 6
I was sick, so I didn't attend this one. The recap I got was:

* Septimus read from a cursed scroll and went blind
* Justus continued to Turn Undead for fun and profit
* The party found a magic item

And that's all anyone told me. So, here's some character art to fill the gaps.

JUSTUS, Cleric of Diana
(uncredited - I'm not sure who did this one!)
An archer praying and his prayers being answered, with some beautiful abstract light rays shining forth to chasten the undead. Love this stuff. Manages to evoke that feeling of the Goddess of the Hunt without being overtly elvish.

INGRID the Amazon
(art by Bob Kehl)
This is admittedly a lot sexier and dwarfier than my vision of Ingrid,
but her haircut? Perfect. I also imagine Ingrid is a lot shorter than most folks in the dungeon, so she always hits low, just like Oddjob in Goldeneye. I might have to try drawing her using this image as a reference.

SEPTIMUS the Fighter
(art by John Park)
Something about this portrait's simplicity speaks to me. I don't think Septimus is a complicated person. The shadows seem to suggest there is more to his history than he lets on, and there probably is, but we'll never know it.
